4. Firearm Sales & FFL Transfers
Firearms purchased online generally must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder, also known as an FFL dealer, where the required transfer process is completed.
By purchasing a firearm from Tactical Rounds, you agree that:
Firearms will not be shipped directly to you unless legally permitted.
You are responsible for selecting a qualified FFL dealer.
You are responsible for confirming that your selected FFL dealer accepts transfers.
You are responsible for any FFL transfer fees, background check fees, storage fees, or related dealer charges.
You must complete all required paperwork, identification verification, and background checks through the receiving FFL dealer.
The firearm will not be released unless the transfer is legally approved.
Tactical Rounds may cancel any firearm order if the receiving FFL is invalid, unavailable, unresponsive, noncompliant, or unable to complete the transfer.

5. Background Checks & Denied Transfers
All firearm transfers are subject to applicable background check and transfer requirements.
If you fail a background check, are denied transfer, fail to provide required identification, refuse to complete required paperwork, or are otherwise unable to legally receive the firearm, Tactical Rounds is not responsible for the denial.
In such cases, you may be responsible for:
Original shipping fees
Return shipping fees
FFL transfer or handling fees
Restocking fees
Payment processing fees where permitted
Storage or abandonment fees charged by the receiving dealer
Any other costs incurred due to the failed transfer
A refund is not guaranteed until the firearm is lawfully returned, inspected, and approved for refund under our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Ammunition Sales
By purchasing ammunition from Tactical Rounds, you represent and warrant that:
You are legally eligible to purchase and possess ammunition.
You meet all age requirements.
Ammunition may legally be shipped to your location.
You will use ammunition only in a safe, lawful, and responsible manner.
You will only use ammunition that matches the firearm manufacturer’s specifications.
Ammunition sales may be restricted in certain states, counties, cities, or jurisdictions. Tactical Rounds reserves the right to cancel ammunition orders that cannot legally be completed.
Ammunition is generally final sale and non-returnable except as stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Magazine, Parts & Accessory Restrictions

By ordering these products, you confirm that the item is legal for you to purchase, receive, possess, and use in your jurisdiction.

If a shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, customer consent or a refund for unshipped merchandise may be required.

If a package is lost, delayed, damaged, refused, or misdelivered, contact Tactical Rounds promptly so we can review the issue and assist with any applicable carrier claim.

14. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged shipments, and denied transfers are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to that policy.
Regulated products, including firearms and ammunition, may have limited or no return eligibility. Firearms that have been transferred to the buyer are generally final sale unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing by Tactical Rounds.
